Guidelines for Presentation - Main Conference Tracks

We look forward to all authors joining us for the hybrid conference format of IEEE WCNC 2021. The technical program will be composed of a mix of physical sessions and virtual sessions, the physical sessions including papers from the host country China and the virtual sessions including papers from outside China. All authors are required to upload a video presentation of 15 – 16 minutes following the instructions below no matter whether their paper is included in a physical session or in a virtual session. It is the author’s responsibility to ensure a high quality of the video recording.

VIDEO UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Go to EDAS (https://www.edas.info/)
  • Go to My...>My Papers
  • Click on your paper title
  • Upload your MP4 video file to your paper record via the "Virtual Presentation Upload" option

All video uploads in EDAS must be completed latest by February 22, 23.59 US ET.

For papers included in a physical session, one of the co-authors must attend the conference in person to make a live presentation at the conference venue and interact with the audience on site. Interaction with remote audience will be limited to off-line chat for these papers. Like physical sessions, virtual sessions too will be scheduled on time slots of one hour and thirty minutes and they will have a session chair. For each paper in these sessions, first the video presentation will be played and there will be live Q&A of a few minutes after the video presentation for interaction with the remote audience. Therefore, for papers included in a virtual session, at least one of the co-authors must be present on line during the session to answer questions after the talk.
