Student Grants

A number of grants will be available to IEEE ComSoc Student Members who have made an author registration to present a paper at WCNC 2021. The amount of each grant is 300 US Dollars. Traditionally, the grants allocated by the IEEE Communications Society are called Student Travel Grants, the purpose being to help student members with their travel expenses. In the current circumstances of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, authors from outside China are not expected to have a travel authorization to Nanjing and they will be requested to make pre-recorded video presentations in virtual sessions. Therefore, rather than helping students to pay their travel expenses, the grants at WCNC 2021 will help them as a partial reimbursement of their conference registration fees. Eligible students are invited to make their applications on EDAS by the deadline of 12 February 2021.
